At halftime of the first HHS home football game, spectators welcomed David Baytos, Stephanie Brockway, and other board members of the Germantown Education Foundation to the fifty-yard line. Celebrating their tenth year, the GEF was proud to announce that they have given over $1 million dollars back to Germantown Schools.
The GEF also offered a new grant application process last spring. The recently honored grants—totaling over $40,000—were awarded over the summer to several GMSD teachers, schools, and departments. The grant recipients were each honored on the field and handed their checks.
